 QUALITY, ENVIRONMENT AND SAFETY POLICY 

The company policy for Quality, Environment and Safety of Ponterosso Comart S.p.A. configures the concrete commitment of the management, not only to implement, but also to maintain and properly manage the SGI, implementing the programs for the achievement of objectives and continuous improvement. 


The field of application of Ponterosso Comart S.p.A. is "Design of civil and industrial plants, supervision of works and project management. Installation of industrial plants". During periodic reviews, the company's policy is also reviewed and revised by the Management, to take into account changing conditions and knowledge. These policies are embodied in the pursuit of the following general objectives:

  • Comply with mandatory regulations and laws governing the industry, labor and worker health and safety legislation, and environmental legislation. 
  • Commit all company resources to the systematic detection of non-conformities and the search for continuous improvement actions. 
  • Achieve and maintain a quality of the work and services provided, such as to meet the expressed or implied needs of the customer. 
  • Achieve and maintain the prescribed Quality through the efficient and planned use of human and technological resources, in a continuous process of improvement of the Company management. 
  • Constantly monitor the performance indicators of the IMS processes. 
  • Obtain from the Client motivated confidence in the Company's ability to achieve the prescribed quality level and maintain it over time. 
  • To plan the works (in terms of working phases, means and equipment used, materials employed) so as to always minimize any impact of such working activities on the environment and prevent any risk to the safety and health of workers and the surrounding population. 
  • To keep under control the environmental aspects related to the company's nature: energy consumption, water consumption, waste, urban waste and fuel consumption. 
  • Implement a commitment to environmental protection through the use of renewable resources. 

The Management is aware that, for the achievement of the objectives mentioned above, it is necessary the involvement of all staff In particular, we draw 'attention to three additional aspects, which have a strong impact on the processes of Ponterosso Comart S.p.A. : 



  • The self-monitoring activities that Function Managers must put in place, which includes reviewing their own "Process", understood as the totality of the work performed. 
  • The objective evidence that Function Managers must provide of what they have done in accordance with the instructions received. 
  • The role of Functional Managers in promptly reporting anomalies, inefficiencies and unsafe conditions. 



La Politica aziendale della Ponterosso Comart S.p.A.  trova applicazione tramite i seguenti strumenti:


  • Elaborazione, mantenimento ed aggiornamento di un Sistema di Gestione Integrato.
  • Monitoraggio delle prestazioni del Sistema.
  • Individuazione e raggiungimento di obiettivi di miglioramento delle performances aziendali, formalizzati in Piani di Miglioramento.
  • Monitoraggio del grado di conseguimento degli obiettivi prefissati.

 

Il documento della Politica Aziendale per la Qualità, l'Ambiente e la Sicurezza viene illustrato nell'ambito della riunione per il riesame del sistema a tutti i responsabili di processo e viene esposto nei locali dell'azienda. Il documento sarà inviato per e-mail a tutte le parti interessate al fine di renderlo accessibile.
